Users
Manage all your internal users.
Users is an operator within the GoRules platform. They are defined with these properties:
- First name - optional
- Last name - optional
- Type
- Owner - can do anything
- Admin - can do anything except delete organisation
- Author - can create a project
- Member - can only access projects
Note: There can be only one owner of the organisation.
Invite users
To invite a user:
- Navigate to Users under Administration from dashboard side menu
- Click on Invite users
- Enter emails
- Confirm
Update a type
- Navigate to Users under Administration from dashboard side menu
- From actions in the table, click on More > Update type
- Fill out the form
- Press Update
Disable/Activate user:
- Navigate to Users under Administration from dashboard side menu
- From actions in the table, click on More > Disable/Activate
- Press OK
Note: disabling user will also cancel active user sessions.
Removing a user
- Navigate to Users under Administration from dashboard side menu
- From actions in the table, click on More > Remove
- Press OK
Note: you can only remove user that has been previously disabled.
